Clients agree to provide accurate parameters for testing protocols and acknowledge that formal reports reflect verified data under SIC 71200 and SIC 74909 frameworks.

Intellectual property rights regarding customized testing methodologies, proprietary analysis models, and advisory documentation remain fully vested in SAID BY RABIAH LTD unless explicitly assigned via formal contract. Liability is limited strictly to the aggregate fees paid for the specific service engagement under dispute.
